    Sir, sERVICE nO. 1000016769 I am Ashok Kumar Soni writing this complaint regarding the office of Jr. Engineer, Bhilai - 3 office that I have visited your office on 8-5-2012 and 9-5-2012 to deliver representations regarding assessment of load. I am sorry to state that the office refused to accept my representation. In the circumstances I have no alternative but to send the same by post. It is unfortunate that in case the office is behaving like this how a common man can get justice from the office of Jr. Engineer CSPDCL. In the circumstances I have no alternative but to knock the door of Consumer Court to get justice. I shall appreciate if a line in reply is given to me.     Sir, Service No. 100016769 - Demand notice for excess load dated 02-05-2012 for Rs.19831/-. I have posted a letter to you regarding the excess load charged on me. In this connection I would like to state that an amount of Rs. 200/- was desposited by me for assessment of load vide receipt No. 362 dated 22-11-10 and requested for early action. I have been following up the matter but no action was taken. Vide my letter dated 20-5-2011 I took up the matter with the Jr. Engineer for the said purpose, but no action has been taken. Further on 17-10-2011 I went to the office of the Jr. Engineer with a letter, which was refused to accept. I send the request by post under certificate of posting o n 17-10-2011. But no action was taken. Now, penalty has been imposed to the tune of Rs. 19831/- against which a letter has been written to Jr. Engineer, whose office has refused to accept the letter. I shall be grateful if you will intevene in the matter and settle the issue at an early date. I am sorry to state that in case a representation is made to the Jr. Engineer, and if the office is refusing to accept the reprresentation, what is the course of action left on a common man to approach the jr.
